Through no fault of their own, this item (a new thermostat for our c/htg boiler) arrived with a small problem with one of the buttons. Plumb2u were contacted and I had the new replacement thermostat in my hands and fitted within 48 hours. Excelent service. Highly recommended. If only there were more companies with this "old fashioned" level of service.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered from Plumb2U and I'd recommend them without any hesitation.
In the past, I had a problem that was entirely my fault (I ordered wrong items) but the chap at Plumb2U rapidly arranged a replacement with no drama whatsoever. Brilliant company!!

Order process easy. In confirmation email I was made aware of delivery delay, due to Postal disputes, over which plumb2u had no control.
I was disappointed that my valve arrived in bits. It was in a sealed bag, without any protection & whilst not ‘broken’ it needed reassembling which, without any supporting PDF doc showing the complete valve was very difficult.
I suggest that complicated items with moving parts are shipped with protective ‘bubble wrap’ type padding to prevent transit damage.

I actually went to Plumb 2 U store to collect my boiler and I found the staff friendly and very polite and knowledgeable.
I recommend this company very much and will use them again.

Excellent price for this and i paid for speedy delivery in view of current Royal Mail dispute - I certainly got what I paid for, delivered within 48 hrs.
No issues with order or communication. I would definitely use this company again.

The service from you was out of this world. Ordered at 1500 hrs the day before and arrived next morning. Cheapest by far of all other suppliers. Part of the shipment was missing, but one phone call and the mistake was rectified. The next day the part arrived. The price and srvice was faultless. Well done.

Dreadful service …ordered product online , payment was taken and email received to confirm order. Following day another email received to say “product was no longer in stock “…called company to discuss refund of paid monies, no problem…whilst on the call I was able to go to their website and purchase the same product ( which is out of stock )…sloppy service by today’s standards, consequently I wouldn’t use again sorry….ended up buying same product from Ama and was delivered next day !

Ordered 2 seats, money was debited and delivery date advised.
The day before delivery email received saying they were out of stock.
I called the company only to be told they had run out due to high demand which is nonsense..they obviously didn't have them in stock when I ordered them.
I then had to wait for a refund.
Total waste of time.

ORDERED PUMP AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS BEING SHIPPED NEXT DAY, THEY THEN TOOK TO PAYMENT
NEXT DAY THEY SAID THE SHIPMENT WAS LOST( HOW COULD THEY BECAUSE I KNOW IT WAS NEVER COLLECTED BY THE CARRIER)
TWO WEEKS LATER I RECEIVED ANOTHER PUMP
WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
