Absolutely awful service again from plumb2u. Purchased on a 3 day delivery but I still haven’t seen it 12 days later. Items advertised as in store simply aren’t. This has happened 3 times recently so I won’t be making this mistake again.

It’s very hard to offer any positivity to a review.
They took my payment immediately.
I received the relative tracking information but was unable to track the item.
I waited one week without an update, so I contacted them via email despite various efforts I made to contact via their landline.
Apparently my purchase was lost in transit but due to them now being out of stock I would have to wait up to 10 days for a replacement.
I took the offered refund.
Don’t waste your time and buy elsewh.

Plumb2U were excellent. There was a little damage in transit to the item but this was caused by poor packing by the manufacturer. Plumb2U provided a replacement part very quickly and they resolved the problem caused by others - perfectly, with good courtesy and helpfulness. I would recommend Plumb2U.
