The product took 6 working days before it was delivered. When I rang customer service all they could tell me was that it was with the courier. Even though I had a tracking number I was unable to track the product.

My new Neo Tank arrived very promptly.
The tank was extremely easy to replace with my original tank, with even the securing screw placements being in exactly the same position as the old tanks.
