One star less for delivery because the package had been dropped or rammed with such force that the outer cardboard box had been torn and one of the item's box had been torn too.

Got this pump to replace a terrible Salamander pump that had only been installed a year or so ago by a questionable bathroom fitter. This pump just works well, fires quickly and produces a decent shower. Pump as a competitive price and was delivered quickly... excellent service from Plumb2U.

Terrible experience after I spent over two thousand pounds with them they just don’t give a s—t! Shipping was late product was ok. Plumb2 u don’t want to know if the product arrived or works. In the end I had to get the tradesmen on site to find the number for the local representative of the company who produced the product to get any them to send replacement parts to us. If you have people on site waiting for a Plumb2u delivery? Make sure they are not on a day rate! Shocking service.

Excellent quick service - cannot fault.

Ordered and paid £95 for a water heater but there was no tracking available just a note saying it would be delivered in the next few days. After 7 days I asked where it was and I was told it might be lost in transit but they had no more stock and they would not know if they would get any more for another 10 days. I cancelled the order. It took another 7 days before I got a refund. The main problem was lack of communication so I will not be ordering from this company again.

Plumb2U had the best price for what I wanted and so placed an order. The package arrived 3/4 days later but sadly the unit box was broken and crushed and I want happy to risk the plumber arriving and it be broken. So took a picture and sent it to their customer services team who responded the next day and were happy to ship a new item once I had returned the first unit (they provided a postage free returns). The 2nd unit arrived intact and was installed today - we shall see how well it works.

My order went through without a hitch and the cabinet was delivered to the door by a nice smiley delivery man.

Purchased a bathroom fan, however the unit was faulty and following discussions with the manufacturer they dispatched a spare part, unfortunately this did not resolve the problem. Contacted Plumb2U regarding the issue and requested to return the item for credit, the response from their Customer Care Team was efficient and speedy in resolving the matter. The company provided excellent after sales support and I would certainly both recoomend and use Plumb2u in the future.

These guys are fantastic! There was a problem with the purchased product on receipt (damage) and Plumb2U resolved the issue immediately and sent another with minimal delay. Will use them again. Customer Service and communication was spot on!!

I received the item on time. There was a bit of damage to the box( photo available) but no damage to the product. On installing the shower we noted that two rings were missing. These are used to cosmetically attach to each collar. Only one set was included instead of two. I contacted Plumb2u by email and received a quick reply that I should contact the manufacturer.
I think that you could have done better from a customer care point of view.
