Box only contained ONE instead of TWO. Returned 1026hrs 1st November. AWAITING FULL CREDIT as at 5th November. I ordered from Amazon and got the correct quantity the next day.

Quick and on the budget!

Sent an email for an update on my order (still not received). Money taken straight away but product not received. Allowed plenty of time for the product to be delivered but now have to go and buy from another supplier as I have run out!

Received item with broken leg, returned through courier as advised, still waiting for refund and reply from customer services, so I'll give you a 0 and won't be using you again.

Delivered in original timeframe parcelled in a large plastic wrapper. Disappointed when opened as the box was battered and the end flaps ripped off. As a DIY user only, the benders will only have minimal use and would have preferred to store in the box. Also there was a small black plastic cover which fits over the top of a nut which was smashed in the box, but don’t think it will affect the use of the benders - just annoying. I also assume that there is no instruction manual with the product.

Package has a lot to be desired as it was not wrapped you could have put bubble wrap around it to avoid any damage that was the only problem.

Arrived late, no way to track the order, flux was missing, nozzle was missing, have emailed and explained this - no reply.

Good price. Good delivery time.

I had to return this item as it was the wrong model. I was promptly refunded and will shop here again.
