I have only recently started fly dressing again after a lay off of many years, so many of the modern materials are unknown to me. I sent my first order for materials in years to Troutcatchers, and was very pleased with their service.
I had difficulty with my password when I first signed on, which was sorted quickly and the quality of materials received and speed of delivery were second to none. The prices charged were competetive too.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Customer service was amazing. Upgraded one item for free and included an extra item (braided loop) also for free. You will be my first choice for any more fishing tackle I need. Many thanks.

The items were fine but I thought the postage for a small item was far too much , to the extent that I won't be ordering again.

Thank you for your feedback, sorry you felt postage was 'too much.' Despite having 'small items' pack was +2.5cm so sent Royal Mail packet. You paid £3.39 post for your £3.54 order, cost to us £3.95 plus jiffy/stationary, we cannot subsidise any more. Choosing more items when you order makes it more worthwhile. Hope this helps.

Great service as ever - I made a mistake in my order and had it corrected in an hour. Goods arrived slightly earlier than expected.
