Shipping was prompt and informed by delivery when delivered.
Goods were what was ordered and good value.
But Verda pipe boxing was damaged. Have sent email and photos to verify and would like advice as what to do.

Ordered online without any human interaction, Excellent product delivered promptly. Although covered in stickers saying FRAGILE, delivery driver just chucked it down on to doorstep! Considering delivery charges are Very HIGH, this part of the supply chain was let down. On the plus side the product was so well wrapped that it was completely undamaged. The seller called 'encasement', needs to look closer at quality of delivery company they use. Not their fault that is why they get 5 stars.

The product and the company have been amazing, it is the shipping company that let them down, the package had suffered crush and puncture damage during transit. Once I had opened the package, there was quite severe damage to the product, thankfully, there was enough good material for me to use. The company offered to fully replace, and refund the shipping, I made an offer to accept the damaged product, but accepted the refund for the package.

Item arrived quickly in good condition, securely packed.

I can honestly say what a great company Encasement are to deal with. I had never purchased from the previously but I will be going forward. Quick to respond to messages, quick with delivery and a fantastic customer relationship ethic. I dealt with Mark Conway on a slight issue I had, but he resolved the matter straight away. You are a credit to the company.

This is my second order and the product is very good and finishes off the bathrooms
however on the recent order when i unwrapped the parcel there is a small crack c15mm high on the outside of the 200mm casing about 700mm in and the corner is chipped as well
however because i only need about 1800mm it should not be a problem.

Whilst I thought the carriage charges a little high I have to admit the items were extremely well wrapped and whilst the website said to expect delivery within 5 days mine came lunchtime next day. I have now fitted the boxing and am very pleased with the result.

The parcel arrived torn apart with several items damaged.

I emailed Rachael and sent photos of the damaged goods. They were immediately replaced and arrived the next day in perfect condition with a different courier.

I really can’t fault the service level of this company. I ordered a casing, it arrived with some small damage but I had also ordered the wrong size. I made one phone call to the company and everything was sorted in minutes. A new casing arrived the following day and it looks great. Absolutely first class, well done.
