I can't understand why 3 leaders couldn't have been put into an envelope and delivered cheaper???
However Nick from Troutcatchers provided a very detailed explanation on this issue which is clearly in the interest of customer satisfaction through appropriate delivery methods. Well done Nick, thanks for the response providing clarity to my initial query.

Thank you for your feedback — it’s all about giving the best possible service.
We found envelopes were often damaged in Royal Mail’s sorting process, so we now use protective jiffy packs. For a very small extra cost, it means a safer, more reliable and trackable delivery.
