Very quick and efficient. Valves a bit sticky but sooned loosened off. Presumed all appropriately oiled on delivery but some reassurance on this would have been useful.

To be honest, I regard these 'feedback sites' as totally a waste of money. They gather SUBJECTIVE opinions.
I really hope that the vendor, PAXMAN profits and not this waste of space/profit site.

I had an absolutely superb customer experience with Paxman. I had great personal help and advice from Martyn on a number of products. The items purchased were despatched very quickly and I am very pleased with all of them. I now discover that Paxman is something of an institution in the world of French horns and I can see why. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

I was looking for a Schmid 7.5 horn mouthpiece. This is a less common model and few vendors stock it. Paxman, with their usual thoroughness, had one in stock. The order was easily processed and shipped to the USA. With thanks.
