Box only contained ONE instead of TWO. Returned 1026hrs 1st November. AWAITING FULL CREDIT as at 5th November. I ordered from Amazon and got the correct quantity the next day.

Clear communication, authentic and reasonably priced merchandise especially in comparison with other stockists. Would 100% recommend and return for repeat custom.

Quick and on the budget!

Sent an email for an update on my order (still not received). Money taken straight away but product not received. Allowed plenty of time for the product to be delivered but now have to go and buy from another supplier as I have run out!

Great customer service!

Received item with broken leg, returned through courier as advised, still waiting for refund and reply from customer services, so I'll give you a 0 and won't be using you again.

Delivered in original timeframe parcelled in a large plastic wrapper. Disappointed when opened as the box was battered and the end flaps ripped off. As a DIY user only, the benders will only have minimal use and would have preferred to store in the box. Also there was a small black plastic cover which fits over the top of a nut which was smashed in the box, but don’t think it will affect the use of the benders - just annoying. I also assume that there is no instruction manual with the product.

Package has a lot to be desired as it was not wrapped you could have put bubble wrap around it to avoid any damage that was the only problem.

Arrived late, no way to track the order, flux was missing, nozzle was missing, have emailed and explained this - no reply.

Good price. Good delivery time.

I had to return this item as it was the wrong model. I was promptly refunded and will shop here again.

Cannot express how outstanding the service and support has been. There was a mistake in the shipping address and the team did everything they could to direct the shipment to the correct address keeping me informed of the situation.

Not given the option of no stars for shipping and customer service which is what I would have rated both.

Had to check whether the items were in stock (as they were discontinued), confirmation received via email which was responded to very quickly, thankfully.
so ordered, via desktop session as mobile site didn't appear to calculate the shipping method.
Apart from that, simple process - ordered on Weds, delivered Mon.
Overall - good service.

Good item and company, but only until you ask for a return and refund ; it will take ages , no communication or very poor customer service.
Finally returned item and still waiting for my refund till now.

Item ordered on 16 Oct, despatched on 17 Oct but not received by 24 Oct. Was told 10 minutes after sending an email to enquire about delivery was advised it was allegedly lost in transit.

Was told this item was out of stock even though it was still appearing on the web-site with an offer of same day despatch if ordered by 3pm. When no alternative options offered order cancelled and was told I would be receiving a refund in due course.

Will not use PLUMB2U for any future requirements.

Original cabinet arrived damaged. Contacted Plumb2u who then contacted HIB same day and a replacement cabinet was agreed to be sent out. The new cabinet arrived this afternoon (5 days later including the weekend) and was in perfect condition. It looks fabulous. It’s not being fitted until another couple of weeks but if it’s as good as the customer service received from both Plumb2u and HiB then it will be excellent.

Very smooth transaction and prompt shipping. Luckily item received in good condition despite being in a thin polythene bag that had partially split open. Considering the manufacturer's packaging was itself not very substantial and included a MAP gas canister, a cardboard box may have been more appropriate.

Easy.
