Easy ordering process but delivery was slow- over a week - and I didnt see any indication of this in advance. We needed the neoprene valve stops urgently.

One week ago I sent the money via bank transfer to your bank account. Up to now I did not hear anything from you. I dont even know if the money arrived properly.
Thomas Walther. le 4/5/2016 à 19h30
Order was ready for dispatch the same day but held awaiting bank transfer payment, which was not received until the following Tuesday, at which point the order was sent.

The Paxman 4B cup and 4 rim arrived very quickly within the week of being ordered (sent to the US). The mouthpiece is very well made, sounds and plays well. I do notice that the threads on the screw rim connection are rather rough and do not compare favorably with the smooth and accurate threads on a similar but earlier Paxman mouthpiece in nickel silver.

I have made the order and payment on April 23. All goods were available. Today already on May 1, and goods still at a stage of preparation for sending. A trifle, and all the same week has passed and a parcel still not in a way!
