I ordered 2 high limit pipe stats but they sent 2 Low limit pipe stats which I had to return. They waited until they received them before sending replacements, so another weeks delay. When the replacement arrived there was only one, not the two that I'd ordered. After I complained, they sent the second one by next day delivery. We got there in the end after a series of errors and delays. Customer service were polite and helpful, just the stores department that messed up twice.

Can't fault them. Have used them on numerous occasions as prices are very competitive. Communication emails keep you fully updated. Delivery is prompt and not have any problems with products purchased. I am sure we will be using them again.

Box only contained ONE instead of TWO. Returned 1026hrs 1st November. AWAITING FULL CREDIT as at 5th November. I ordered from Amazon and got the correct quantity the next day.
