I have not received the items yet and it is not possible to track my order (or it is possoble but I am not able to find out how to do this).
About paxman products i can only say that they are fantastic (I have got a Paxman horn and some Paxman mouthpieces) and I am sure that also these items, which I do not have yet, are as good as always.

The product didn't come with the right nozzle. I asked why not and was told by Paxman that this was owing to EU rules (the nozzle on the oil looks like it could be used as an injector). With assurance that I wanted the nozzle to lubricate the rotary valves on the trombone (rather than any other parts of my anatomy), the person I spoke to kindly sent the correct nozzle.

The package arrived immediately and in perfect condition.

I received my order in Hawaii in great condition February 22nd. Good work on the sturdy packaging. The CDs are excellent ear training music, which is why I bought them. The London Horn music is a useful mix of classical and contemporary ensemble arrangements. The arranging is clear, and the recording was made straight ahead without a lot of electronics effects.

Ordered online after discovering by Google search that product I required were stocked. Items were dispatched in suitably sturdy enough packaging and received in good time and condition. Can't ask for more than that and would happily use Paxman again.

Shipping took three weeks. Don't know who's fault it is ,but the wait was long.

I placed an order for 3 items. Unfortunately the delivered package contained only 1 item. when I telephoned to correct the mistake, the replacement package was still wrong!! Not good enough.
