Ordered online after discovering by Google search that product I required were stocked. Items were dispatched in suitably sturdy enough packaging and received in good time and condition. Can't ask for more than that and would happily use Paxman again.

I placed an order for 3 items. Unfortunately the delivered package contained only 1 item. when I telephoned to correct the mistake, the replacement package was still wrong!! Not good enough.

Ordering went smooth. Since I live overseas delivery took 3 weeks but on arrival only one out of three CDs was delivered due to a glitch. This was resolved by e-mail within a day, very decent customer service!
