Ordered a clock for my boiler as the old one had stopped working, which meant the timer wasn’t working. Found plumb2u online and got the part I needed quickly and efficiently and for a competitive price.

This works perfect, thought the rose would be a bit too small but it works great, easy fit for a diy job and can be cut to size for the riser so did the job, great adjustment if replacement for an old shower, delivered quickly and well packaged, what more do you want👍🏻

Item in stock on website at a good price so ordered. Received email after paying saying delivery time was up to 7 working days. Emailed for update after a week and was given a delivery date which would have taken it to 8 working days. On that day rang customer service to check delivery to be told that it was still with supplier so cancelled the order. What a waste of time.
I then ordered through Screwfix who had next day delivery to store.
My advice is to pay a bit more for a reliable service.

Easy to order, but should be informed if order is going to be two deliveries. Had to contact customer services to see where all items were.

Delivering took bit time. Sales department okay bit information could be helpful. Communication and customer support great.

Disappointed as have had no update on the order.

Item was out of stock when ordered & this issue was dealt with well by customer service desk - I was called & asked whether I wanted to proceed with the order or have a refund.

After that, no tracking info provided despite an email that told me I just needed to click on the link to see the despatch information - when I clicked on the link it routed me back to Plumb2U website!

Couldn't get hold of customer service department to request despatch update and had to leave a voice message.
