The international shipping was a very good pace.
My mouthpiece arrived well protected in case of travel damage (that wasn't required in the end.
I had no reason to contact Paxman about my order. It was all fear and easy to understand.
I would suggest adding different currencies to your website, it was difficult to figure out how much out of pocket I would be while my purchase was being processed.

Mouthpiece came to the states very quickly. I took a star away from the merchandise because the mouthpiece was obviously in a horn before it was sent to me. the website indicated my order was pending when I received the mouthpiece.

I had accidentally ordered two rims separately. I quickly wrote to amalgate the orders in order to only pay shipping once amd even asked to add a third rim. I got a reply but no follow through. The merchandise is not here yet and i have yet to even pay for the 3rd rim. Not impressed with costumer service at all.

As requested order was changed to include a third rim. Only one lot of postage was charged and order was dispatched the next working day. Order is now in customers country of ordering.
