I ordered on line, the process was easy and quick. I then received my mute the next day, carefully packaged and in pristine condition, excellent service!

This order never arrived, although the money has been taken out of my account! I have called paxman twice and am now waiting for a back order of the rims to arrive from the US before I am posted one.

International shipping, was not fast, but I was not particularly in a rush. I am sure I could have purchased faster shipping if I had needed it. The rim arrived in excellent condition. Will definitely consider ordering from Paxman in the future.

My package of sheet music arrived OK but the packaging was not suitable or robust enough especially as its destination was Australia. The 'sealed' end had come open leaving it open to the elements. Just glad it hadn't been exposed to wet weather otherwise the sheet music would have been adversely affected.

The order came completely.The quality of the mouthpiece is excellent.But of the two the paid mouthpieces came only one.Letter to the firm Paxman remain unanswered.I hope this is a misunderstanding,which will soon be resolved.
