The above order was accepted and processed but I was later informed that it was out of stock and that a new consignment had been ordered. I have since contacted you asking for information as to when the item was expected to be delivered but was told you had no information. I find the whole business very unsatisfactory as I still have not received the item and have no idea when or if to expect it.

I'm in Hawaii more than 9,000 miles from London. I received my CD and DVD in perfect condition via U.S. Postal Service. I received this international mail with all the customs forms complete, so that I needed to do nothing for paperwork.

Unfortunately the customer has to pay for the retour packet which is not a common procedure.
When I sent it back I got my money back about 3 weeks later. But it was`t the full sum. I paid about 80 Euro for the delivery and only got 70 Euro back.
So all in all this was an expensive order!
The customer service was quick and helpful.
