I find both navigating the website and placing an order to be a straightforward process with no issues. The order was dispatched promptly and received by me within the following 2 days. Email communications are always timely advising of order confirmation, dispatch etc. The wool seems to be of excellent quality and matches what I have already (obtained from a different but unknown source).

I expected the order to take a lot longer to arrive considering it was coming from Shetland to Glasgow. Mother Nature was kind and favourable conditions meant it arrived just a couple of days after ordering. Not started knitting yet but pattern looks easy enough to follow, as years since I've knitted anything and wool and the colours are beautiful. Love what's on their website.

The shipping was very quick. It only took a week to be delivered, and I live on the other side of the world.

I ordered a shade card for the jumper weight 2ply. It arrived today which was quite speedy considering I'm on the other side of the world. It was exactly what I expected. I was kept up to date on it's progress so I knew when it would be delivered. I'm impressed.
