Box batterd and open no paper work inside bought two triton showers before no problem just hope this one okay not fitted yet ?

Still have not got this working. Instruction are not the best.

I bought the wrong one, but it was quickly replaced.

Ease of ordering, next day delivery as paid for (doesn`t always happen with other suppliers), well packaged, all intact.

The item was quickly dispatched, however when the item was received it had a defect, which I am waiting to be resolved, reference my email to Plumb2u dated 14/9/2025.

Please could someone provide a status update on when the broken hot tap cap will be replaced?

Great product, quick delivery.

Delivery said 7-10 working days. I phoned for an estimated delivery date after a week, they said they would check and get back to me but didn't. I phoned again after 10 days but they still couldn't tell me a delivery date so I had to cancel the order and pay more elsewhere to get it delivered in a timely manner.
In fairness Plumb2U did process the refund quickly.

Received item but looked like the item had been opened as not sealed however nothing was missing I fitted it and we all love the Grohe shower mixer. Would recommend PLUMB4U just check What you receive.

Grohe shower went missing in the post. I’m being kept informed of how the search for it is going but in the meantime I’m washing using a bucket. My request for a replacement shower to be sent to me has been blanked. So all in all it’s a zero out of five from me.

The pipe appears to be out of stock online but I have made a call to the customer service and everything was sorted out in couple of days. The shipping time was a bit longer than I expected but overall it was a good experience.
