This is my second order and its as expected. I looked at a brand everyone knows from America and found it bit expensive. This is much better value and the price I would expect for an aerosol. Will continue to order and probably going to put another order in shortly for another project. I've recommended the product on a fb group.

Ordered lime green, sprayed as instructed and wrong colour, contacted Alan only to be told I've sprayed it wrong and no one has ever complained, he's now changed the colour to light green and I'm still awaiting refund, he always blames the buyer and I have proof , very roof man and does not want to help if you complain, I'm sure other people have had bad experiences with him!!! , They send me wrong colour and when I complain he refuses to sell me anything else, how petty, oh well his loss.

Facts are, yes, I did tell him he sprayed badly (cos he did). But that was it, I simply pointed out ways to improve his spraying (pics he sent).
My actual words were no one's complained about that green before. We don't make, or name the colours. I tested it, it matched can perfectly. As said, no one’s ever mentioned before, so can't be that bad. We spoke and it was agreed I would amend bits (now I know).
As a business, can you please ALL the people ALL the time? No. Generally, the upset ones made a mess, but looking for someone else to blame (had a few of them!). Its just how it is. But this guy was crazy aggressive and angry right from the start. I knew there was no way to appease the situation, so I suggested for less stress, we not work together. Think though, how bad does a customer have to be for a business to refuse their £££ though?

Second time purchasing these products, the lower front splitter got hammered with salt spreading lorry in winter, after removing the splitter and then the spray wrap, found Not One mark on the paint work of the splitter. So the spray wrap looked bad but had saved the original paintwork. Top marks. I was more confident using the product this time so layed down more coats after standing the cans in hot water to even the flow and better coverage. The finish looks even better this time.
