I opted to pick my order up from Tucker French High Wycombe - HP13 5HG and I'm glad I did, Kevin was brilliant , chased up my order and kept in contact with me. If it wasn't for Kevin the customer service score would have been much lower. Could do with a little more information on the website.
All in all a good experience and a good price.

Not kept up to date with shipping progress. Not able to track progress. Took longer than expected. Customer services were never available by phone to ask where it was. Ordered 15th and delivered 22nd.
