I would have given 5 stars on all had you sent me an order confirmation by email.
I had to call two days later. However the price was excellent and the delivery on time.

Thank you for your review. Emails sent, confirmation, processing, then dispatch with tracking. Have we got your correct email address? Or have they gone to your Junk box? But glad your rod arrived two days from ordering as promised.

Extremely efficient service, some of the items I ordered were out of stock but I received them within 5 days. Excellent, I've waited 4 or 5 weeks for other companies to deliver OOS items.

Order dispatched promptly as usual. Unfortunately part of order was missing. Within 15 minutes of sending an e.mail regarding this I had a reply, an apology and items in post 1st class. This is the best customer service. A great company to deal with.
