Thank you for the feedback, unfortunately we cant do anything once it has left us here in Shetland and it can take up to 2 days to get to the UK Mainland. You are provided with a tracking number which helps keep you informed, for this order delivery was attempted on the Thursday so it had to wait til Friday adding an extra day to the delivery time.

Strange that the pattern was not included in the pack and had to be ordered separately at additional cost of course and arrived well over a week later than the wool - disappointing.

Thank you for the feedback. it is clearly stated on the product you ordered (Islesburgh Toorie yarn pack) that it is a yarn pack and the pattern is not included, you could have purchased the pattern at the same time as the kit or downloaded it directly from the Shetland Wool Week website.

The Shetland Woolbrokers are a great company to deal with. The website is easy to navigate and there is a good selection of patterns and the woolpack to match. My order was dispatched quickly and arrived 2 days later via Royal Mail. Wool is gorgeous and I can't wait to get started.
