The customer service has been absolutely excellent both pre and post sale. Every email requesting information or advice has been replied to with comprehensive answers within a couple of hours of them being sent.
I can't recall ever having had better service than from Clive at the Night Vision Store.
My IR unit was received less than 24 hours after I ordered it. It was well packaged.

Great product but £10 postage for an item weighing 50 grms is a bit steep - want the product then they have you over a barrel.

We're glad you like the product. Unlike other online retailers,we don't inflate the initial price to offer free postage as we don't think that is fair to customers ordering multiples. Even though it's a small item it's just too large to go via a cheaper service unfortunately. Orders over £50 are posted for free in the UK though. Even with the extra postage, it's still cheaper and far better performing than the component it replaces in the original torch. All made in the UK too!

Item as described and arrived quickly once posted. A little dissapointed that after spending £10.00 on postage I had to wait so long.
Clive contacted me to say he had forgotten to include the screws for a dsa I had bought previously as he has been very busy with orders, he sent me some replacement screws free of charge by first class post the next day.
I for one can't say fairer than that. Thank you Clive, I will be using your company again.
