I placed my order 1 month ago, since then, no correspondence from paxman in regards to when my order would be delivered. I ended up ringing paxman 2 weeks ago for an update to be told they had run out of stock and awaiting new stock but to be reassured I wouldn’t be billed until the item was sent. Since then, no contact. Just a quick email to say we’re still having delays or your item is due around then would go a long way to de stressing me. Doesn’t look like I will be getting it for Xmas .

Efficient as always.

Took a phone call to get it sent up a few weeks after order.

Items took 8 days to get to me despite first class post. only a partial address had been written on the envelope. After 4 days I rang to check if they had used the billing address instead of the shipping address. The person on the phone was unable to tell me which address had been used - suggested I wait until next week and call again. The net result was that the music did not arrive in time for the concert it was needed for ( which took place 6days after the order was placed).

Paxman will never get rich on my purchases (I have enough horns already) but I really appreciate the fact that they always treat me as if I'm important by either email or on the phone.
The sundries I by are always of the very best quality and are always speedily despatched.
I'll keep coming back but I won't make you rich..
