The order was handled in a timely manor and shipped out the very next day. But, since there was no tracking on this order it took forever to arrive. My order date was February 1, 2017. The order finally arrived today, February 13, 2017.
Still it's better than some of the stuff I have ordered from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, etc.

Thank you for your review. Royal mail quote an average 5-7 working days to USA. Sorry it took 8 working days. Tracking is available, override the standard delivery option for orders under £20 at checkout. Hope this helps.

This is a high quality and customer service friendly online dealer that made a very happy customer out of me. They were willing to go out and locate a hard to find piece of equipment that makes fly tying easier. I'm very thankful and will look to them for more.
