A first class purchase in everyway. The customer service l received was superb. Being a 'non knitter', purchasing wool for my wife,who is a knitter, l needed to telephone to discuss what l needed before ordering.
The young lady l spoke to was extremely patient and helpful, enabling be to buy exactly what was required.
Delivery was speedy, particularly considering where it has to travel from, and was received safely
I cannot recommend Shetland Wool Brokers enough.
They are simply First Class.

Brilliant service. The yarn was delivered in a few days. I expected it to take at least a week from Shetland. Very impressive service. Not forgetting the yarn which is lovely. Have submitted a further order, and will definitely buy more.

I just started my Isleburgh Toorie hat last night and this is a softer feeling yarn than the Spindrift that I have used in prior projects. I can't wait to see the finished product.
Living half the world away from Shetland, I am always impatient for my items to arrive. This shipment took about 10 days.

First time ordering yarn from J&S, lovely quality, colours as on website, great to knit with and very quick delivery. I am using J&S to knit my first 5 colour fair isle toorie and it’s coming along very nicely, I particularly like that the yarns come in smaller 25g balls and their amazing choice of lovely colours. Would definitely recommend J&S yarns.
