Site did not make it clear that you had to order colour. When we phoned for advice on two different torches we were told that they did not know. Trying now to return the incorrect colour torch but you have to email someone and we are awaiting a reply.

Clive is willing to help in anyway possible if you need to make an inquiry about anything. Only inquiry i had was how long it took to be delivered as it took as long as 17 days till i received my items Otherwise i would give nightvision store 110%.

A very Nice Product but waiting 2 weeks why they make them with out any notification is a joke.

Got the black sun in my NM800. It goes a lot further than my standard pill in the single batt NM.

All right, can improve the delivery, something slow, otherwise all right.

I collected my unit but am sure that shipping would have been fine.
The item is exactly as described and the best commercially available add-on currently available in my opinion. It has already accounted for a fair few rabbits and once the custom shims are ready then it will make it quicker and easier to get set up once it gets dark.
Customer service was great, every time I've been to see NVS has been entertaining, informative and helpful.
