I ordered Monday mid-day, had email confirming despatch mid-afternoon and the postman delivered Tuesday morning. I cannot ask for better service, and the cost of shipping was realistic too! Excellent service and highly recommended!

Placed order late afternoon, everything arrived next morning. One item out of stock despite website saying otherwise, troutcatchers sent me the De-Luxe version instead at no extra coast. All items as stated on website and on packaging. Well chosen products by Troutcatchers.

Disappointed there were no instructions on using the vice. No description of parts. I've looked on line and there doesn't appear to be a video on using it. A video on you Tube would be good.
I thought the cardboard box was a bit poor, I was expecting a timber presentation case.
Apart from that, a good product.

Thank you Frank for Review - We think they are extremely easy to set up, but we've talked it through with you on the phone and you seem happy. Ref the box, this will put circa £15 on top of the price which unfortunately does not make commercial sense.

Quality from Turrell as expected, customer service is good, shipping cost i feel is a tad on the expensive side for what i ordered but it came well packed/protected so i'm happy.
