I received my order of various flies and discovered that one wrong fly was sent. I telephoned to explain and without any fuss I was told the correct fly (6 actually) would be sent asap. Not only did I receive 8 flies to replace the incorrect ones sent but they arrived within 24 hours. This is exceptionally good service and I was very impressed. I offered to return the incorrect flies but was told not to.

The only gripe that I have is that the postage for one item eg Hemingway wings is £0.95 but if I want two packs (they are very thin) the postage is £2.95.
Other than that they are a good company to deal with.
