I haven’t received this order which was placed on 9th October. I wasn’t informed that it was out of stock and the tracking on the Plumb2u website stated the order had been shipped and was with one of their shipping partners. It wasn’t until I requested a tracking number the following week, that I was informed of the order status and stock wasn’t expected until 24th October. Really disappointed with the lack of communication and this will delay the completion of my bathroom renovation.

Order process was easy, price was really good. Unfortunately 1 of the 3 fans sent was the wrong type.
I sent an email to explain. I received a reply back within an hour with the returns process. This was really easy and the correct fan was received a few days later.

Whilst things did go wrong customer service was really good in putting things right.

Didn't know about this company. Happened to order an item which was available for a reasonable price. It was shipped slightly later than anticipated (need more staff for order fulfilment, maybe?). But the process was transparent and I was kept updated with the status of the order throughout.
Will be shopping with them again.

Ordered Calmag 41 bulb & Quartz Sleeve on line from their web site, which was easy to locate and navigate, having been referred to it by a local electrical supplies outle which couldn't supply. Product arrived within a few days exceedingly well packaged and the failed bulb (this system has an audible failure alarm to warn you) was replaced in our system quickly. Due to a personal history which includes Cancer/Chemotherapy and hence a low immunity, this was most appreciated ! Will use again.

whole experience was great - my only criticism was around the time for delivery with no time slot available which for the trade is fine but home delivery needs a slot - I probably should have paid for the faster one which may have given me a timed slot!

I selected the boiler to arrive on Wednesday 2nd October. It’s actually arrived on Monday 30th September. It was only delivered to the road and left between two cars. I had to go knocking on neighbours doors to find a builder to help me carry it up. The driver said it was clear on your website that it was kerbside delivery only but I had not seen that so it should it should it should have been clearer. I got the email saying it would be delivered the day after it had actually arrived.

Mirror ordered and dispatched in good time, good price and great product. Unfortunately item arrived clearly damaged in transit but Martin at plumb2u organised a replacement to be sent without any issue.

Replacement arrived in perfect condition 2nd time around.

Did what was expected.

Terrible service. Haven’t received a simple order almost 3 weeks later. No one answers the customer services phone line. Won’t be shopping here again in a hurry.
