Unfortunately the items were late arriving BUT this was NOT the fault of Troutcatchers. It was due to Royal Mail being slower than usual. Everything else was five star service as usual. When I contacted Troutcatchers by phone about the delivery delay, I was greated & treated most politely & my query was dealt with very efficiently. Very many thanks Troutcatchers.
