Unfortunately the items were late arriving BUT this was NOT the fault of Troutcatchers. It was due to Royal Mail being slower than usual. Everything else was five star service as usual. When I contacted Troutcatchers by phone about the delivery delay, I was greated & treated most politely & my query was dealt with very efficiently. Very many thanks Troutcatchers. Placed order late afternoon, everything arrived next morning. One item out of stock despite website saying otherwise, troutcatchers sent me the De-Luxe version instead at no extra coast. All items as stated on website and on packaging. Well chosen products by Troutcatchers.

Disappointed there were no instructions on using the vice. No description of parts. I've looked on line and there doesn't appear to be a video on using it. A video on you Tube would be good.
I thought the cardboard box was a bit poor, I was expecting a timber presentation case.
Apart from that, a good product.

Thank you Frank for Review - We think they are extremely easy to set up, but we've talked it through with you on the phone and you seem happy. Ref the box, this will put circa £15 on top of the price which unfortunately does not make commercial sense.
