Excellent service,items arrived promptly and well packaged.Very pleased.The items ordered were for a very keen fly tyer and fishermen and are a Christmas present which I am sure he will be delighted with.

You know that you can trust a company when you experience how they deal with any issues and after a small picking error (I received thread in the wrong colour) Troutcatchers immediately sent out the correct items and suggested I keep hold of the incorrect items and maybe donate them to a youngster.
