I was very pleased with the price/quality of the rod and line I purchased, which beat competitors by a huge margin.

Unfortunately, I made a small error on my order and immediately sent a correction by email, but this wasn't picked up untill the last minute. This resulted in a delay, so the order took over a week to arrive.

Shopping Satisfaction need to read their own guidelines and then apply the advice therein to the spelling of 'Accurate' Whoops!

Overall service first class.

All items in my order are quality products arrived in good condition and ahead of schedule. I’ll definitely use Troutcatchers again.

I bought some double salmon fly hooks, from ebay, at midday on a Wednesday. they arrived the following day. Tat's what I call a fat service. realy good guy to deal with.
