Difficult to comment on Customer Servives as I had no contact simply ordered on line and the item arrived.

I had ordered 4 different colours of chenille but only 3 were included in delivery. When I made troutcatchers aware of their mistake they were most apologetic and the missing item was with me the next day.
Anyone can make a mistake and they rectified this in a most professional manner.
I have found the service excellent and have since made a further order.
