Delivery was next day as advised but the parcel was delivered to the wrong address by the courier. Fortunately the people it was delivered to were kind enough to bring it round to me.

Everything was spot on except I origially my fault I ordered the wrong Item but I returned it with no problem and they sent me the correct item which again was good service and I was given a full refund for the item I returned to them .I will definitely contact them regarding any future plumbing or heating requirements ,.

Not good at all . 4 out of 5 bags of the border were damaged . I asked the driver to move to an easier place for me to move ( I am 78 ) . He drove off .

Unfortunately we had to chase by both telephone and email, we were told it had been dispatched to the delivery firm but it had not.

Lovely bathroom cabinet at great price. Only problem was Epsom centre had just moved and was difficult to find because their signage had not been sorted by then.
