The price was the best available, and it was reassuring to buy from a proper plumbing company, just in case we had any problems. The unit arrived in perfect condition within a couple of days. Exactly what I ordered at the best price I could find on the web. Shipping was a bit quicker than promised. It’s not Plumb2U’s fault but the product was to replace a like for like item which broke after about 6 years. Villeroy and Boch stuff is generally overpriced.

Ordered the cistern on 30th December but still hadn't received it 2 weeks later so cancelled the order. Why take orders for products that you don't stock? This item is readily available plenty of other online shops.

I bought this pump because the Stuart Turner pump that I bought over twenty years ago was failing occasionally. Great quality pump and a straight swap, or so I thought !! How very dissapointed I am with the replacement. Its smaller, lighter and no where near the same quality . Probably made in China !! There is no way this one will last twenty years . How sad !!

Very easy to order, arrived in a reasonable time (given that it was just before Christmas), genuine pump and easy to communicate with their customer service.
