A top quality CD of Brahms Horn Trio was absent from my collection. I chose this CD, from an obscure Label, which was hard to find - £155 at Amazon was a ridiculous price. A Google search found PAXMAN! Good value, prompt delivery and arrived in good condition from a specialist organisation.

The customer service was wonderful, my shipment was to America and take a few weeks to receive it. All the time that I contact Pacman the always answer me with a status of my shipment.

Paxman have been very helpful, not only with the order, but in giving time to my son and wife on a visit to the shop before Christmas, giving them a lot of useful advice o the future purchase of a horn and allowing him to try instruments. Many thanks for this.

I ordered on 8th December and the items weren't even shipped before Christmas. I emailed to complain and ask the whereabouts of the items on 24th December and received no response from customer service. The items eventually arrived on 28th December, 3 weeks later.

The case works well, thank you. However, waiting for weeks for the shipment without any updates about whether the order will be shipped or not, without anything happening before contacting customer service is less than satisfactory. The case was also missing the mouthpiece pouch, so I would strongly encourage Paxman to polish their routines to check that all is in place, before dispatching items. (The pouch was dispatched later, upon request.).
