Slow on the shipping front, apparently due to high demand and production falling behind. It's a shame no one contacted me to explain. 6 days later still no despatch and I had to contact customer service in order to find out reasons for the delay. Unfortunately, customer service just stand in when Clive (Managing Director) is unavailable and have no product knowledge and cold not provide any answers regarding my order status which is rather pointless. But the product was worth waiting for.

Hi John. Thanks for the review. Unfortunately sometimes we do get rather busy with manufacturing when we have high demand. We do try to let customers know what's going on but our apologies for failing in this instance. Thanks also for the product review. As a small UK company we put a lot of effort into quality manufacturing so it's always good to know this is appreciated.
