The man at Troutcatcher knew exactly what I wanted, and was polite, courteous and most helpful. The order was supposed to take three days to come, but arrived next day. It was well packaged and labelled and the postman had a good laugh when he handed it over and I signed for it, He said " more dead bodies from Troutcatcher, they always pack well compared to some, I said no Channel this time (Chenille)". A brilliant firm and I am proud to do buisness with them, 5/5.

Initially, the wrong item was delivered but one phone call brought the correct replacement without even having to wait for the return of the incorrect one. Couldn’t ask for more and only a slight delay. The wing feathers are exactly as described. Very happy.

It was ordered on a Sunday didn't receive till the Friday which for a delivery in which you pay for is not good as I bought several items from different companies all on the same day had all them orders by the Wednesday apart from that all was good as usual all the products are top notch.

Apologies, we have checked tracking, dispatched Monday via 1st class Royal Mail from TC warehouse. Royal mails service is normally reliable.
