As expected. Efficient shipping and my problem is now solved.

.Ordering was simple and the product was despatched quickly. But Royal Mail lost the package!

Clickonbathrooms sent a replacement without quibbling. I just wish they would use a different courier.

Best price by far, very quick delivery, product as ordered. The shower is easy to install and performs exactly as advertised. Job done!

Charged for packaging but used a recycle box. Ok, that's fine but one of the product was just thrown in loose without any bubble wrap whatsoever. Very unprofessional and you get a feeling staff don't care. Emailed both this address and the sales office and receive NO replies. Avoid at best unless you can't find the parts elsewhere.

Excellent product at a fantastic price, unfortunately delivery updates are terrible and I Paid for next day 24hr delivery but still took 4 days to arrive!

Pump was sent to my invoice address, not delivery address, which meant didn't get the pump for a further two days as was not at home (reason I needed pump delivered to another address).

Requested parcel to be left at no 8 if not in,failed to do so on 2 occasions,i had to go to parcel force depot in Cambridge to collect a return trip of 30 miles.
After installation shower leaked device engineer had called to rectify so will monitor as advised by engineer will be in better position to comment on merchandise later in week.
Dealt with transaction via internet.

Price and service very good. Unfortunately Parcelforce aren't the most reliable carrier to use - didn't deliver next day, but claimed they called after 18.35 and no-one was there...!

Item sent to the wrong address. Address inside was correct but wrong house number on the label. We were lucky to receive it promptly. Item was received nearly a week after placing the order - not so good for first class delivery.

Item is excellent.

Phoned customer service once and was told item was send (3 days after order placed), 1working day later phoned by customer services to say Royal Mail had cocked up and item would be delivered in 2 days. Not too impressive but at least they calle.

No part no updates on delivery no replies to messages basically only one star as couldn't go to none.

ClickOnGroup have some of the best prices around and they ship quickly. It's a shame that their order tracking doesn't work and my order is still showing as being prepared for despatch two weeks after I received it.
