L first purchased this in Marrakesh and loved the fragrance. Sadly l won’t go back so was thrilled to be able to buy this online. The website is easy to use and l haven’t had any problems with ordering. I would order more often but the postage charge is very high.

Dear Sharon, Thank you for your message and for taking the time to answer the shopping survey. Regarding delivery costs, there is unfortunately no cheaper on the market for quality transport. We apply a fixed price for sending with Colissimo (French postal service) and express delivery services are calculated at the actual cost by the carrier. I opted for the quality of service given that our products are fragile and quality.

Fabulous! I first learned of Les Sens du Monde when I fell in love with some products from Marrakech. I searched for the products and Voila! I found them solely on Les Sens du Monde. I had a lot questions and Sophie couldn't have been any more helpful!

I ordered two bottles of room spray one to come here in Germany and one to go to the UK as a gift. Mine arrived ok but the one for the UK went first to the USA and then to Germany!
The situation was dealt with well by customer service but I missed a Birthday date. I really expected to be told one of the sprays would be at no cost but that didn’t happen.

Dear Patricia, there was indeed a routing error of the carrier and we are sorry that your package could not arrive on the anniversary date (but the time delay with Colissimo International is not guaranteed). We advise our customers, when the parcel is to be delivered on a specific date to choose express transport. Concerning your wish, it is not commercially possible to offer the products at each delay or failure of the carriers, By cons, we offered you the delivery costs!
