After an initial poor communication system with night vision I found delivery was as arranged which is why I gave 5 stars to shipping. The merchandise was excellent. Customer service could be improved so as to keep the waiting customer clearly in the picture as to why these particular goods take longer to deliver than what has become the accepted norm.
