Why was sheet music sent along with rotor oil and other accessories in a padded envelope? Inevitably the sheet music was crumpled in transitwhich is why I haven't given a 5 * review. Otherwise all good.

Something was out of stock, so a staff member phoned me which was very helpful. Very good packaging and shipping was immediate, so I had my order in a day which is very impressive! The products were just what I was looking for as someone who has not taken enough care of their instrument previously. The kit let me start from scratch essentially. However, I emailed nearer to the beginning of lockdown to ask about the products and received no response which was disappointing. Understandably products weren't being shipped, but I wanted to pre-order the kit for when they were shipping again. When I was finally able to order again it did come promptly.
