Ordered about 2 pm on 4 April, the casing was delivered at about 5 pm on 5 April. Excellent turnaround. The item was well packed. The casing will allow me to give a neat and tidy finish to a bathroom refurbishment.

Delivery took 2 days and package came well wrapped. However half the items were missing, contacted customer service and had the remaining items with me the next day. Would use again but would like a delivery note stating contents of order and what was delivered in the future. So I don't have to check what I ordered on the confirmation email. Just a convenience issue really.

Quick delivery from stock. Boxing looks really nice especially with the rounded corner and is easy to cut to size. Much better looking than my home made boxing!

Many thanks for your feedback. As per our conversation, the battens are as an optional extra which is shown on the same page as the product to purchase. On this occasion we did not send any battens out as they were not purchased.
