Item sold on ebay by darr5796.meefq0heh. Item paid for on17 Sepember 25th. Estimated delivery date 19th to 23rd Sept. Unable to track item. Requested ebay to process refund as not received on time and lost customer. Noted that estimated delivery date had been changed to 1st Oct to 4th Oct!! Ebay advised me to wait 3 days and see if seller can refund (expiry 2 Oct).
Not heard from seller at all and still waiting for refund!!! Smell something fishy!!!
I just want my hard earned money back!!

Click on bathrooms.co.uk are scammers. I have not received what i ordered on the 13/10/24.
I have sent e mails and have not had a reply I have phoned them every day and cannot leave a voicemail message because their voicemail is full and it is obvious they either do not listen to their voicemails or they do not physically exist. I have asked their parent compant for a refund of my £101.60
that I paid and they have not responded to my request. So now I have reported this to my Bank in the hope,.

It was fantastic to find an original part for on obsolete type of boiler. It was also good that on the website the part had the same number as in the original Vaillant booklet. The order was dispatched very quick and came faster than expected. All in all an excellent service.

Part ordered 2 weeks ago. Called to chase it. Staff very pleasant and apologised that they had forgotten to despatch it despite receiving payment. They said they will be sending it that day. It still hasn't been received.

The item, which was a spare part for a very old gas boiler, arrived within a few days and was a genuine replacement part. Very grateful as it saved replacing the boiler! The payment process on the website needs attention as it was not intuitive and some payment methods did not seem to be available. Otherwise, very satisfied with the service.

Obsolete parts at sensible prices. Unfortunately, parts ordered 20/03/2023, but not delivered until 13/04/2023. Sporadic responses to queries about the delay. It's a good job these parts were not for a customer, since they would have been without hot water for over three weeks..

The order was cancelled and I got a refund so had to go to an alternative supplier, the boiler was out of action in the middle of winter, how do you think I feel.

Had to wait longer due to royal mail strike but part works and simple to fit following youtube guide and assistance.

The programmer ordered was exactly what I ordered and matched my requirements. I wanted to replace my broken Potterton EP2000 programmer as easily as possible and the EP2 I purchased did the job. After removing the front of the EP2000 I was able to fit the EP2 in its place without having to touch the existing wiring on the backplate. My plumber wasn't keen on replacing the EP2000 (lacking confidence in possible electrical work?) but my DIY experience proved adequate.

Customer services was great and so helpful. They listenend to me and explained everything.

Item never arrived; I emailed them a week after orderding, then a few days later the money was refunded to my account with no explanation or response as to what had happened.

Item hasn’t arrived and didn’t receive any confirmation as to why it was not delivered.

And asked for a refund on return.
