I have ordered £160 filter for Vaillant boiler on 21/12/25. The company claims pick up will be ready in 1-2 working days. No tracking available on the provided link. After Christmas I have to send e-mail to get update of the order. And I' got the answer the office closed until 05/01/26. Poor customer communication and I still don't know when I will get the filter.

We have all been spoilt with fast dispatch from suppliers and fast overall Standard door to door service i am guessing that this website takes an order then passes it on to the company concerned AND IT DOES NOT WORK took 4 days from Order to Despatch, unable to track. Sorry i am not one to moan but wont be ordering again for this site. On a Positive note items where of good quality and well packaged .

I bought the Bristan Frenzy Safe Touch Thermostatic Bar Mixer Shower from Plumb2u and paid for a professional plumber to install it, specifically to resolve ongoing hot water temperature fluctuations. Unfortunately, despite installing a brand-new mixer, the issue remains exactly the same. This means the product has not solved the problem it was purchased for.

Ordered from plumb2u 3 times now and every time has been spot on ! Ive been ordering EPH CP4's and there the cheapest om the net - plumb2u dont have silly delivery chargea either. Will defo be ordering again.l.
