Product ok as seen previously and used before. Unfortunalty I will not be using Plumb2U again as their choice of delivery company was a bad choice. Received an email from the couriers at 07.51 to say that the delivery was coming so came home from work early to be there then received another email to say "unable to access address". Contacted Plumb2U for clarification and asked them to call me. No phone call and no follow up, then delivered the next day.

I recently ordered two Ideal Standard Pneumatic Dual Flush Valves EV98167 from Plumb2u at a very competitive online price and free postage!

Unfortunately when they arrived I noted one was damaged in transit. I contacted Martin in customer care and received a pre-paid postage label. I returned the damaged item and received a replacement the following day.

There was no quibbling, I received an apology and a straight replacement with no fuss. I consider this to be excellent service! Thank you.

Great service from Plumb2u. Needed the part urgently, so posted a message on the web portal having seen they had the part in stock. Someone got back to me within 15minutes confirming that it could be delivered within 1-2 days. Ordered it and it came by Royal Mail next day.
