The product quality was great and fully met expectations before and after installation.
During delivery the packaging suffered some damage despite multiple wrapping. The boxing suffered a couple of small marks but still fully met my requirements. Very pleased that supplier took the trouble to phone to enquire if boxing need replaced.

Still have not received this order, as the courier seems to have a problem delivering to this address, even though I have given them an alternative delivery address. Poor service considering the amount I paid for delivery.

Be sure to order the rubber base trim online, as it is an optional extra despite what the promotional video suggests.

The encasement was easy to cut down and install, providing an attractive solution to an otherwise unsightly issue. I'm very happy with the finished look—much simpler than boxing in pipes.
