To clarify, UK VAT (20%) is removed on all export orders. The £29 would have been your country’s import VAT/duty collected locally on arrival, which is unfortunately outside our control (full details are on our shipping page).

For Netherlands orders, 20% UK VAT is removed at checkout and Dutch VAT/import charges are applied locally. This can appear as “additional” costs, but it’s simply how international taxation now works and is outlined on our shipping page.
Delivery service selected was an economy tracked option, with online tracking provided. If a signed-for courier service is preferred, we’re always happy to arrange that prior to dispatch.
