Plumb2u delivered quickly, and the item and shipping were reasonably priced. Tracking was minimal—just a note that they had contacted their supplier, which could take up to a week—so it seemed like the item might be out of stock. Even with a holiday in between, it arrived on time and undamaged. Overall, I’m very happy and would use this supplier again.

Martin looked into the order immediately and provided a clear "worst-case scenario" plan, offering a refund and return label if it doesn't show up on time. Very fast shipping and comms. Unfortunately the item wasn't for me in the end but I posted back and got an immediate refund the morning it arrived back with them. Best prices I could find on the internet and I searched everywhere. They have some niche products that few places stock. Would definitely use again. Not a fan of their website or sign up process (why do then need to know my date of birth?! I gave a fake one), but as a supplier they are up there with the very best.

After checking that this filter was an easy swap for the existing one, I ordered it. It arrived two days later: free postage and quick delivery - I'm happy. I'm a moderately competent DIYer and fitted the filter myself. That fixed that problem. (I deliberately ordered the filter with new valves, even though I didn't use them - with one eye on the future; I also ordered extra 'washers' for the same reason).

Plumb2u were by far the cheapest price available at the time of my purchase. Dispatch was very prompt by a reputable delivery company DHL. But DHL were very disappointing on their delivery. Two failed delivery attempts resulting in me going to there depot to collect it personally. On receipt of the parcel I found it very damaged and no viable explanation for it's condition and failure of the delivery. DHL failed miserably.
Boiler OK and working. No hesitation in recommending this seller.
