Be sure to order the rubber base trim online, as it is an optional extra despite what the promotional video suggests.

The encasement was easy to cut down and install, providing an attractive solution to an otherwise unsightly issue. I'm very happy with the finished look—much simpler than boxing in pipes.

Brilliant from start to finish. My order arrived in good time but had been, unfortunately, damaged in transit. A phone call to a very apologetic member of staff resulted in Encasement-online issuing a replacement, without hesitation, which was delivered the following day. Customer service, the like of which I haven’t experienced for a very long time!
